Leprechaun biscuits…

With less than 3 weeks until St. Patrick’s Day, we have leprechauns on our mind! And that inspired today’s recipe…Leprechaun Biscuits! (Think green-colored cheddar biscuits!)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (we used cheddar)
- a bit more than 1/3 cup H2O (add more if the dough is too dry) with a few drops of green food dye
- 3 TBSP. butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- combine Bisquick and cheese
- add H2O; stir until just combined
- drop onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet (about 12 mounds)
- bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes
- mix melted butter and garlic powder
- brush butter mix over baked, warm biscuits
- serve warm (reheat in microwave, if necessary)
