Oreo Cookie Pudding…

It’s too cold to go out and play, so we made today the official “Make Oreo Cookie Pudding Day!” 🙂
- 1 tub Cool whip
- 1- 5.1 oz box vanilla pudding
- 3 C milk
- 1 1/2 rows of Oreos
- large bowl
- ziploc baggie
- rolling pin
- -Thaw Cool whip at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Mix the vanilla pudding according to the directions on the box.
- -Mix the cool whip into the pudding. Take out 1.5 rows of Oreo cookies, a few cookies at a time, and place into a large ziploc bag and seal. Roll over with rolling pin to crush. Continue until all of the cookies are crushed.
- -Add all but 2 handfuls of crushed cookies to the pudding mixture. Mix thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving, to blend flavors. Mix pudding thoroughly before serving. Sprinkle with the 2 handfuls of reserved Oreos. (We ended up eating the reserved crushed Oreos!)
